Excellent knowledge of the demographics of every house, including schools, churches, nearby business. I was very impressed with insight to the homes conditions and the detail to items I might have missed. Definitely had my best interest in mind. Without steering me away from choices, I was able to make decisions assisted with a trained eye. Excellent abilities, as well as, ready to provide assistance in a moments notice.

This was a seamless transition for us and it's all thanks to Mike. We are newbees to TN and with Mikes help this was by far the easiest process in home buying we have ever experienced.

I loved working with Mike Ward. He clearly has a lot of experience and gives you little tips along the way. He is an agent that will look out for you and will not let you buy just anything. He wants the best for you! I also like that Crye -Leike has its own app for houses that are up for sale, though it needs some development, and that Crye-Leike has home service affiliates.

Mike Ward was an excellent agent for us. He regularly kept us informed of all stages in the selling process; helped us to process information and paperwork; as well as doing those extra things. We always felt like Mike was an advocate that was working for us; seeking new ways to show and sell our house; and "talking up" the neighborhood with people who viewed the house. (Mike lives in our neighborhood.) I have already recommended Mike to a party who is selling in our neighborhood and will continue to recommend his name to friends who need a realtor. Mike was knowledgeable, always acted with dispatch, and "knew his stuff" (real estate and legal rules). We always felt Mike was working for and with us! As a team, we got the sale done.

My brother and I have been fortunate to work with Mike Ward and Crye-Leike in the sale of our parents' home. He has been most professional, efficient and trustworthy every step of this journey, and we know that we were in excellent hands. Since my brother and I both live out of state, the task of selling Mom's house was much more difficult than either of us could have possibly imagined.
