Over the course of the past year and a half I had actually talked to several realtors, whether it be over the phone or through email, and none ever seemed to follow up. Not only did Mike meet me several times, at some properties pretty far out, but his financing recommendations helped over the course of the purchase. Definitely made for an easier experience.

His advice on how to make our house more marketable was very sound and we definitely benefited from it. During that month Memphis had temperatures well below 32 ºF and in early February there was an ice storm, so we were afraid of the possibility of broken pipes. We had already moved out of town, so there was nothing we could do. Fortunately, Mr. Ward took care of that, making sure that the heat was on and/or that water was dripping from the faucets. This gave us piece of mind and for that we are very grateful to him.
